When booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount varies between services and is noted on the bottom of the service page menu.<\/p>

Why Non-Refundable Deposits?<\/h2>

Our artists reserve 2-3 hours for each appointment, often dedicating a significant portion of their day to your service. As a business that operates by appointment only, we carefully manage our schedules to ensure each client receives the full attention they deserve. When clients cancel last minute or fail to show up, it becomes nearly impossible to fill that spot with another client on short notice, resulting in lost time and income for the artist, who works on commission.<\/p>

Deposits are collected to prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows, helping us protect our artists\u2019 time and livelihood. While we understand that things come up, this policy ensures fairness for both our clients and artists.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Rescheduling & Deposit Transfers<\/h3>

We\u2019re happy to reschedule your appointment or apply the deposit to another service, but please note that deposits are non-refundable.<\/p>

While we will reschedule with any amount of notice, we greatly appreciate a minimum of\u00a072-hours\u2019 notice.\u00a0<\/strong>This allows us to potentially book another client in your place, ensuring our artists can still make use of that time.<\/p>

No-Shows result in loss of deposit.<\/strong><\/p>

If you need a\u00a0second reschedule<\/strong>, we ask for an additional deposit that\u00a0is applied to your service.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>

If for some reason, you are not able to put an additional deposit toward your service we have options:<\/p>

  1. Your initial deposit will remain on file, and you can call us to schedule when you can place an additional deposit.<\/li>
  2. We also have\u00a00% financing available<\/strong><\/a>; approval is instant!<\/li><\/ol>

    Touchups<\/h3>

    Some services include all sessions, while others offer a touchup at an additional cost. These details are clearly listed in our pricing.<\/p>

    We recommend scheduling your touchup appointment before you leave the studio. However, if you choose not to book it at the time of your initial appointment, it\u2019s your responsibility to have your touchup session scheduled within 12 weeks. If needed, a touchup can also be scheduled between 13-20 weeks.<\/p>

    A\u00a0$50 refundable deposit<\/strong>\u00a0is required to book a touchup. If you no longer need your touchup, the deposit is refundable until\u00a07-days prior to the appointment.<\/strong><\/p>

    This policy helps ensure that both our clients and artists are respected, and our business continues running smoothly for everyone.<\/p>
